High-performance technical textiles play a critical role in fire resistance, high strength reinforcement, insulation and industrial protection. Our product portfolio covers twisted aramid woven cloth, aramid webbing, aramid cord fabric, and needle-punched pre-oxidized fiber nonwovens for aerospace, automotive, electrical, agriculture and protective industries.
Aramid twisted fine woven cloth refers to fabrics woven from twisted staple yarns of meta-aramid (Aramid 1313) or a small proportion of para-aramid (Aramid 1414). It is widely used in fireproof and flame-retardant applications.
Its overall performance is determined by fiber properties, warp & weft density, yarn structure and weave pattern. Warp and weft density is further governed by yarn construction and weave design. Together, warp/weft density and yarn structure define physical properties including fabric weight, thickness and breaking strength.
There are five fundamental weave styles available: plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, rib weave and mat weave.
Aramid twisted webbing falls into two categories: selvedge webbing (finished smooth edge) and selvage-less webbing (raw edge). Plain weave is the primary weaving method.
This material delivers high tensile strength and excellent dielectric properties. It is commonly used to manufacture components for electrical equipment, as well as automotive rubber hoses.
Aramid cord fabric is made by impregnating twisted aramid unidirectional woven fabric with adhesive. It features outstanding tensile strength along the 0° warp direction or 90° weft direction.
Warp-oriented unidirectional fabric adopts broken satin or long-axis satin weave constructed with thick warp yarns paired with fine weft yarns. It serves as key reinforcement material for aircraft tires and automotive tires.
Needle-punched pre-oxidized fiber nonwoven fabric was originally developed to meet extreme requirements from aerospace, aviation and marine sectors. Today its application scope has expanded to automotive, sports equipment and many other industries.
It covers five main types of 3D textiles: woven 3D fabric, knitted 3D fabric, orthogonal & non-orthogonal nonwoven 3D fabric, 3D braided fabric, and other 3D structural textiles. Shapes of solid fabrics include block, column, tube, hollow frustum and irregular cross-sections with variable thickness.
Proper care extends the service life of nonwoven textiles. Please follow these instructions for maintenance and storage:
Keep fabrics clean and wash regularly. For flame-retardant sealing strips for barbecue ovens, regular cleaning helps prevent moth infestation.
Before seasonal storage, wash, iron and fully dry the fabric. Seal inside a plastic bag and lay flat in cabinets. Keep away from direct light to avoid color fading. Ventilate frequently to remove dust and moisture; do not expose to strong sunlight. Place anti-mildew and anti-moth products inside storage cabinets to stop mold and insect damage.
When worn next to skin, match with smooth lining on outer garments. Do not carry hard objects such as pens, key pouches or mobile phones inside pockets to avoid pilling caused by local friction. For outerwear, minimize rubbing against hard surfaces including sofa backs, armrests and tabletops, and prevent snagging. Avoid continuous wear for too long; rotate garments every around 5 days so fibers can recover elasticity and prevent fatigue damage.
If pilling occurs, do not pull the pills forcibly. Trim fuzz balls with scissors to avoid yarn pulling and irreversible damage.
Agricultural nonwoven: crop protection sheets, seedling raising cloth, irrigation fabric, thermal insulation curtains.
Industrial & general nonwoven: space cotton, thermal & acoustic insulation materials, oil-absorbing felts, cigarette filter tips, tea filter bags, shoe base materials.
Medical & apparel nonwoven: surgical gowns, caps, face shields, medical plaster cotton and disposable protective textiles.
